CO2 neutral - Holidays with a good feeling
An average STERN.Guest does not produce more than 12kg CO2 per night. In an international ranking this corresponds to climate category A. However, even mentioned emissions are compensated for by supporting a climate protection project in the Third World and fostering the development of regional climate protection. At dinner, chose the “eardige” menu (Tyrolean for „closely related to nature“) whose ingredients and old recipes originate from regional producers.
