PRICES
All price information given is in € and includes all services and taxes except the visitor’s tax which is compulsory in Austria and amounts to € 3.60/day per adult and has to be paid to the Tourism Association. Our currency is the € and the mentioned prices are subject to currency fluctuations (e.g. Swiss Francs).
EXTRA CHARGE/REDUCTIONS
Breakfast € 8.50, half board (plus/minus) € 15.00 and full board € 10.00, reduction for children who stay in their parents room: 0 – 6 years -100 %, 7 – 11 years -50 % and 12 years and older -25 %, additional cleaning for pets € 5.00, rental of garage € 4.00 and room safe € 1.00 (all per day).
FAMILY OFFERS
All family arrangements (also in apartments) are calculated on the basis of prices for family offers as all children should have free access to the Sternchen Club and all kids facilities.
CANCELLATION
The Austrian hotel regulation applies: up to 3 months in advance no cancellation fee is due, 1 month in advance 3 days will be charged and for less cancellation time the whole amount of the booking minus 15 % non consummation of services is due.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
You can contract insurance with us for the case of a cancellation. Paying € 15.00 per person per week (does not apply to children <16) into our account activates a travel cancellation insurance for cases of sickness and death. We believe that you should not be additionally penalized for not being able to go on holidays.
DEPOSIT
We ask you for a deposit of € 80.00 to 200.00 per booked room (depends on arrangement price).
