You get to know a country's culture by its trying cuisine. The nature half-board at STERN brings you closer to Austrian specialities like strudel, dumplings, "Kaiserschmarrn" or roasts. At the same time you can opt for the so called "eardiges Menü" and get a set menu with typical Tyrolean dishes made of a 100% regional products. Experience yourself how tasty a healthy and climate-aware dish may be.
Of course, home-made drinks from our herbs garden are not to be missed out. Try our home-made herbs-lemonade "Almdudler", our special beer or a glass of Austrian wine, as well as our home-made schnaps made of larch tree or Swiss stone pine cones.
