STERN Carrot Cake


  • 5 yolks
  • 250 g icing sugar
  • 250 g nuts
  • 300 g carrots
  • 80 g flour type 1
  • 1 EL backing powder
  • 5 egg whites


Beat the yolks and the sugar until it is fluffly. Add the nuts, carrots, flour and the backing powder. In another bowl, beat the egg whites. Carefully add the beaten egg whites to the dough. Grease well a cake pan or a baking tray, fill in the dough and bake it in the oven at 180°C until it is golden.
